GetMyRunPhotos ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by MyRunPH IT Solutions, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at getmyrunphotos.com and our related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and optionally a profile photo. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email, and Google profile picture.

2.2 Facial Recognition Data

To help you find your event photos, you may upload a selfie. We use AI-powered face detection to generate a mathematical representation (face embedding) of your facial features. This embedding is a numerical vector — not an image — stored securely in our database. You can delete your selfies and their associated embeddings at any time from your Settings page.

2.3 Event Photos

Photographers upload sports event photos to our platform. These photos are processed to detect faces and bib numbers for search purposes. Original high-resolution photos are stored securely and only delivered to purchasers. Watermarked previews are shown publicly.

2.4 Payment Information

We use third-party payment processors (PayMongo) to handle payments. We do not store your credit card numbers, GCash, or Maya account details directly. Payment processors handle this data under their own privacy policies.

2.5 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our Service, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This helps us improve the Service.

To provide and maintain the Service, including photo search and delivery
To match your selfie against event photos using face recognition technology
To process purchases and deliver high-resolution photos
To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and service updates
To pay photographers their earned revenue share

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud services with encryption at rest and in transit. Photos are stored on Cloudflare R2 with access controls. Database records are managed through Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure users can only access their own data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Payment processors (PayMongo) — to process your transactions
Cloud infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, Supabase) — to host and deliver the Service
Photographers — photographers can see aggregate purchase data for their events but not your personal details
Law enforcement — if required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access and download your personal data
Delete your selfies and face embeddings at any time
Delete your account and all associated data
Opt out of marketing communications
Request correction of inaccurate information

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Purchased photos are retained indefinitely for your access. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., completed transactions for accounting).

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
